Using Acctrise

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the platform lawfully. You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.

Orders and delivery

Service availability and delivery times depend on the selected provider. Review the service description, quantity, and entered details before submitting an order.

Refunds and support

If an order has a problem, contact support with the order reference. Refund eligibility depends on the service status and provider confirmation. Orders that have been successfully delivered are not refundable.

Prohibited use

Do not use Acctrise for fraud, unlawful activity, abuse of third-party services, or any activity that violates applicable law or platform rules.

Changes

We may update these terms when the platform or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
